Upon arrival at York Racecourse, you should head to the Houghton Building to gain entry to the racecourse, tickets can be scanned here, if for any reason you have misplaced your ticket during the morning a member of Racing Welfare will be available for a time prior to the first race and can re-issue your ticket.
If you arrive at York Racecourse having purchased combined York/open day tickets but not having visited Malton Open Day you can receive your tickets from the member of Racing Welfare staff who will be available to scan your ticket outside the Houghton Building prior to the first race.
